Community engagement in Bridgnorth |
||||
👮‍♀️ PCSO Mandy Leek and Helen Oakley have been out on foot patrol in Bridgnorth, connecting with the community and supporting local initiatives! 🍬 Kandy Kabin Sweet Shop Dave, the new owner of Kandy Kabin on Whitburn Street, sounds like a fantastic addition to the town’s retail scene. While there isn’t a dedicated website for the shop, it’s worth popping in to explore the treats he’s offering. Local sweet shops like this often carry nostalgic favourites and unique goodies that you won’t find in big chain stores. 📚 Bridgnorth Library – Armed Forces Outreach Mandy and Helen’s visit to Bridgnorth Library coincided with their monthly Armed Forces Outreach drop-in, held on the second Monday of each month from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
These sessions are designed to support military personnel, veterans, and their families by offering guidance on housing, benefits, health, and employment. It’s a welcoming space where attendees can chat, share stories, and connect with service charities and professionals. It’s lovely to see community policing and outreach working hand-in-hand? | ||||
